Complete renovation of appartment on 10.th floor in Copenhagen. Carpenters, electricians, masonery & management trades have been involved to make the transformation.

We took over a project that have been mishandled by another contractor. Accera moved in, assessed the situation and planned the works needed in order to get the renovation project finished. Demolition and preparation of the appartment, closely followed by re-construction according to the clients demands.

An interiør concrete wall was dismounted so the kitchen and living room could be built together as a unit. The whole appartment was completely renovated, with new bathroom, interior walls finish, all electrical system installed, mechanical and plumming minor adjustments.  All surfaces finalized with a nice matte grey color, with white details.

Special challenges:

The walls in the appartment where all made of concrete, which made it a tough job to fit the electrical installations. Accera found a solution and opened the floors and made pathways underneath.

Special achievement:

Helping out an unfortunate client is something we are allways proud of. For people not working with construction and management, a failing project can be both very expensive and in some cases hearth breaking.
