Accera built the infrastructure, foundations and frame for a large summerhouse as a main contractor. The project included partial basement and and a custom architectural build.
The details of the work included planning with architects and local municipality and preparing all details for settings the construction phase in motion. The site was excavated and all necessary plumming, sewage, water and electrical was prepaired before building the side walls and casting concrete.
The foundation works where done in 3 steps, first excavation, then technical details and lastly laying the stone walls and casting with concrete.
The basementwalls and foundation are built with normal concrete stones, strenthened with steel and filled with concrete choosen accoding to the calculations. The upper walls and roof are constructed in wood and prepaired for windbarriers and facade cladding. All the necessary technical installations where done in the ground pre-construction. Even through its a summerhouse, with less regulatory demands, the client have chosen to build in perfectly energioptimized for the strict requirements in the Danish “Bygningsreglement 2018 / BR18”
Special challenges:
The final design was changes during construction, which put Accera to the test in regards to change management and insuring that the clients needs where meet. This resulted in redesigning the main load bearing po0int in the house and building in a 5 meter long contrete bar, to support part of the roof. The solution was implemented and constructed, resulting in a very large and open room in the hearth of the house.
Special achievement:
We are proud to have built the house under a very busy timeline in our company, and still maintaining the timeline, implementing changes and finally have delivered a complete house that meet and sometimes exceeded the clients expectations.
