In 2022, Accera built a new house as a main contractor. The process was interesting and several changes to the original design was made in cooperation with the client during the project.
The house was built in four steps, where excavation and foundation was the start of the project. The site was excavated and all necessary plumming, sewage and electrical was prepaired before casting the concrete plate.
The walls are built with a special insulating stone, which has and inner core of stone and fireproof insulation, covered with a layer of burnt brick material. The roof construction where made in wood, covered with brick roofing. All the necessary technical installation where isntalled in the house, such as ventilation system, intelligent house control / KNX, electrical, plumming and various lighting. The final result not only look stunning, with oak wood flooring and many fine details, but the house is perfectly energioptimized for the strict requirements in the Danish “Bygningsreglement 2018 / BR18”
Special challenges:
The final design was changes during construction, which put Accera to the test in regards to change management and insuring that the clients needs where meet. This resulted in redesigning the main load bearing po0int in the house and building in a 5 meter long contrete bar, to support part of the roof. The solution was implemented and constructed, resulting in a very large and open room in the hearth of the house.
Special achievement:
We are proud to have built the house under a very busy timeline in our company, and still maintaining the timeline, implementing changes and finally have delivered a complete house that meet and sometimes exceeded the clients expectations.
We would love to help you.
