Complete renovation of penthouse appartment in Copenhagen. All craftsmen trades have been involved to make the transformation.

Demolition and preparation of the appartment, closely followed by re-construction according to the new design. To the exterior, new glass rails and roof windows are installed and adjustments made the match the surroundings. New wooden terrace in hardwood where constructed onsite.

The interior where completely transformed, with new bathrooms, interior walls repositioned, all electrical, mechanical and plumming systems installed. The walls are built in a combination of steel, wood, gipsum and stone. All surfaces finalized with chosen materials and finally attachments where installed.:

Special challenges:

Renovations are allways challanging, due to the nature of old buildings, but the most challenging part, was to integrate the new construction and calculate in, the misalignments to the exicisting structure and in the same time secure full alignement & levelling of the new floors, wall and details.

Special achievement:

Coordination with our subconstractors and integrating them with our own team was excellent on this task. Our slogan, Co-operations, where testet on this job and came out succesfull.
