Vesti Olsen is a family operated company who specializes in commercial development. In the fall of 2024, Accera was contracted to handle all carpentry and related interior structural planning and execution for their client, San Electro. Accera provided skilled and proficient carpenters, who navigated this build within a 5 month timeframe. 

Accera began work on the brand new, two level, office building and was tasked with constructing the inside framework and all exterior windows and glass facades. Our seasoned craftsmen were able to erect everything from the walls and ceilings to the windows and doors leaving a smooth finished appearance. In addition, Accera solved several cross trades operations, in order to assist our client with getting the project completed within the given timeframe.

Special Challenges:

The newly constructed building was assembled adjacent to an existing older property. Accera was tasked with joining both in a seamless manner. Our carpenters cut into the old building and prepared the areas and made a structural bridge possible. We also found a solution for the excess water accumulated as a result of that merging. 

 Special Achievement: 

As a result of the 5 month build contract, our project manager faced some challenges in securing all of the necessary materials in an acceptable time, especially since the build was undergoing planned operations over the Christmas holidays, which often is a very busy time of the year. However, our project manager, has been efficient and vital with maintaining dues dates and keeping the projected time frame on schedule.
