A client in Ballerup, copenhagen, required a full renovation, from top to buttom internally in the house. The project was large and very complex, due to the many details required in order for the whole solution to fit together both technically and asthetically.

Complete demolition of load bearing walls, floors, ordinary walls, ceilings, plumbing and electrical. Only the outer shell remained. Afterwards reconstructiong walls and load bearing points and in addition redesigning the ceilings and walls to create room for a completely hidden ventiation system through the whole house. Two bathrooms, relocation of the kitchen and many interesting details as pr. the clients request.

The whole house have been built with IHC – intelligent house control, which secures cameras, sensors, lighting control and other intelligent features throughout the house. Design, delivery and installation of a new kitchen. See highlights from the project in the pictures below.

Biggest challenge:

To fit a fully functional ventilations system, with intake and outlet in each room, while ensuring nu ducts or “pipe boxes” are directly visable, was a very demanding task. The client did not have an addic to hide away the technical systemes, so Accera needed to be creative and rebuild special cavaties throughout the house in order to make the neccessary space.

Biggest achievement:

Completing a large private renovation, with a vast amount of details built in the house, is something we dont get to do everyday. We are therefor exceendingly proud of the trust the client have given us, and just at proud of the actual result.
